Who is responsible for the data?

For what purpose is the data processed?

1. The personal data of our clients will be processed for the development and execution of the services requested and/or contracted, which includes:
   • Adequately prepare the requested service proposal.
   • To manage the contracting of the requested services and the corresponding billing.
   • Maintain contact to gather information or provide information about the contracted services and/or modifications thereto.
   • To comply with the contractual and commercial obligations assumed and any legal obligations that must be met by Cristina Pujol Jofré.
   • To know the degree of satisfaction with the services received.
   • To send electronic communications in relation to activities, news, events and news of the firm that may be of interest to them in accordance with the nature of the service contracted and provided that they do not express their desire not to receive them under the protection of what is permitted by Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on information society services and electronic commerce.

What is the legitimacy for the processing of the data?
The legitimacy with respect to the processing related to the development and execution of the services requested and/or contracted has its origin in the contractual relationship between the parties. For the rest of the processing, the legal basis of the processing is the consent given and the legitimate interest in maintaining the existing relationship.

How long does Cristina Pujol Jofré keep the data?
The personal data processed by Cristina Pujol Jofré will be processed for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which they were collected or the relationship between the parties continues to be in force and provided that the owner of the data does not express their opposition or revoke the consent given. Once this period has expired, and only in the event that it is necessary in accordance with current regulations, the duly blocked data will be kept for the legally established periods.

To whom is the data communicated?
In order to comply with the purposes indicated, Cristina Pujol Jofré may communicate data to professional societies and/or collaborators, with whom it collaborates, as well as to third parties that provide financial, technological, logistical services, etc.
